How the purchase works
Mac and Windows differ in how you buy. Both are one-time payments.
How do I buy on the Mac?
Download the app from the Mac App Store, try it, and buy Pro or Business inside the app. Billing runs through your Apple account, so the license is tied to it.
How do I buy on Windows?
On the checkout page. After paying via Stripe (card, SEPA direct debit or Sofort), your license key appears on screen immediately and is also sent by email. Enter it in the app under Settings → License.
On how many Windows PCs can I use the key?
A Windows license key can be activated up to 3 times, for example on a desktop, a laptop and a spare machine.
What happens to my data after the purchase?
Nothing. The archive stays on your computer. The app only checks the license key against our server; no content is transferred.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Windows licenses bought on this website are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. The form is in the footer under “Withdrawal”. App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Discounts for several Business licenses?
Write to us via the contact form with the number of seats. We usually reply within one working day.
