Common questions
How do I get the license key?
Pay on the checkout page by card, SEPA direct debit or Sofort. The key appears immediately and is also sent by email. Enter it in the app under Settings → License.
How do I get updates?
Through the Microsoft Store, automatically like any Store app.
Which accounts work?
Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Gmail, your own servers: anything that speaks IMAP or POP3.
Are emails deleted at my provider?
No, unless you explicitly switch that on. By default Mail Archive only reads.
Is there a Mac version?
Yes, with the same features. Mail Archive for Mac is on the Mac App Store.
