How it works

From the App Store to a finished archive

  1. Download from the App Store

Free, no account with us. The free version archives one account with 20 emails so you can check connection and folders.

  2. Connect an account

Enter your address and password; “Auto-detect” finds the server settings. Then choose folders and a start date.

  3. Search instead of scroll

After synchronisation, full-text search finds every message and every attachment, even offline.

Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, IMAP, POP3

Any account that speaks IMAP or POP3. Server settings are detected automatically; SSL/TLS is the default.

Storage location: your disk

The archive lives on your computer or a drive you choose. No upload, no sharing, no account with us.

Full-text search across everything

Sender, recipient, subject, body and attachment names, across all accounts at once. Sorted by relevance.

Attachments as files

Invoices, contracts and images can be stored separately and opened directly.

Folders and start date

Just the inbox or every folder, from today or from 2015. The folder list can be refreshed from the server at any time.

Optionally mark archived mail as deleted

If you want, the app marks archived messages as deleted on the server to free up space. Off by default.
